Amos the Shepherd

This monologue is adapted from Luke 2:8-20 (Isaiah 42:3b). It captures the Christmas story from a first-hand account of a temple shepherd, who witnessed the angelic pronouncement of the Savior’s birth.
The name, Amos, means “carried by God.”
